I couldn't be more pleased with both the product quality and customer service at Streamlight. After 13 years, the switch on my Survivor light started failing, and not only did the crew at Streamlight fix the switch, they upgraded the circuit board with next-gen LED, installed a new reflector assembly and the new style clip, all for no charge. This is a shining example of a company that stands behind their product and offers excellent customer service. I will be a customer for life and always choose Streamlight over the competition.
