I want to thank the Streamlight® service department for the repair on my 27-year-old SL-20X. It wouldn’t charge a battery and my first thought was a bad battery. I bought a new battery and it wouldn’t charge so I figured it was the switch. I did a RA online and sent it back. They replaced the switch and the lens and even sent a new charger and adapter (I included the old one in case they wanted to have it to see it wasn’t charging with mine.) They stand behind their product and I still use my 25-year-old Stinger and 26-year-old Scorpion® and I carry daily a Stylus Pro®.
