Streamlight Launches Strobing Versions of TLR-1® and TLR-2®
The new TLR-1®s and TLR-2®s, strobe-equipped versions of Streamlight's® leading tactical gun-mount lights, deliver extraordinarily bright light for any tactical situation, whether for directly illuminating a target or disorienting a subject with the strobe mode. The new lights, which feature C4® LED technology, offer 160 lumens of total light output with a high intensity spot and ample peripheral illumination. The TLR-2s also comes with a 650-660 nanometer integrated red laser sight for long-range targeting.
Securely fitting to a broad range of weapons, the TLR-1s and TLR-2s feature a one-handed snap-on and tighten interface, which keeps hands away from gun muzzles when attaching or detaching the lights. The lights mount directly on handguns with Glock-style rails and on all Picatinny rails.
Tough and long lasting, both lights feature extensively live-fire tested, impact-resistant construction, and are fabricated from 6000-series machined aircraft aluminum. Each is powered by two 3-volt CR123A lithium batteries, which have a storage life of 10 years, to provide up to 2.5 hours of continuous runtime (the TLR-2s offers up to 2.5 hours when using the Laser/LED simultaneously).
The TLR-1s weighs 4.18 ounces, while the TLR-2s weighs 4.72 ounces. Both measure 3.26 inches in length. The TLR-1s features an IPX7-rated design, making it waterproof to 1 meter for 30 minutes, while the TLR-2s features an IPX4-rated design for water resistant operation. Both are backed by Streamlight's limited lifetime warranty.
