We are extremely proud to have marked our 14th year as a sponsor of Concerns of Police Survivors (C.O.P.S.), an organization that provides support for surviving family members and affected co-workers of police officers killed in the line of duty.

Streamlight's contribution was used to help fund C.O.P.S. observances during National Police Week, held May 12-18, in Washington, D.C., an annual event honoring fallen officers and their families. This year, Streamlight will again serve as a major sponsor of the organization's annual survivors' luncheon, as well as a reception for participants in Law Enforcement United's "Road to Hope" memorial bicycle ride. The 250-mile ride honors fallen law enforcement heroes and supports their survivors.

In addition to sponsorship support, Streamlight is donating proceeds from sales of its blue Nano Light®. The tiny aluminum keychain light boasts a super bright white LED and a double-sided FOB that features the C.O.P.S. logo on one side and the Streamlight logo on the other side. Streamlight donates $1 from the sale of each blue Nano Light to Concerns of Police Survivors.

The company's commitment also extends to C.O.P.S. programs throughout the year. Among them are C.O.P.S. Kids Camp and C.O.P.S. Outward Bound, as well as hands-on retreats for siblings, surviving spouses, parents, adult children, and significant others. Streamlight is the lead sponsor of the Affected Co-Workers Retreat.

Streamlight also is the lead sponsor of the Annual C.O.P.S. Walk, and a gold sponsor of the C.O.P.S. Walk Southwest. Both walks bring together survivors, friends and members of the law enforcement community and challenge them to walk 25 miles in two days to support C.O.P.S. and its mission.
